Change your working conditions

Adjust your posture and positioning

Your posture plays a surprisingly important role in your ability to avoid migraines. If you happen to have a lot of migraines, you should try to adjust your posture. Sleep better and reduce your caffeine intake

You might also find it beneficial to set a “coffee schedule” in that you simply have a coffee – a maximum of two per day – at the same time and in the same amount.

This gets your body used to the impact of caffeine and helps you avoid those surprise spikes. Another factor is your rest; if you don’t sleep properly, your body will feel the effects negatively. Good quality sleep is something that can help reduce the severity and/or impact of your migraines. Avoid going to bed too late and avoid distractions such as TV and mobile devices for about 60-90 minutes before trying to go to bed.
