[ K-pop News] BTS collab hits Billboard’s Hot 100 at No. 10

BTS’ collaboration with Snoop Dogg and Benny Blanco appeared at No. 10 on Billboard’s Hot 100, according to the tally dated Aug. 20.

The single “Bad Decisions” featuring Jin, Jimin, V, and Jungkook of BTS will be the primary track from the Brazilian maker’s upcoming third album, due out in the not-so-distant future.

Last month, the septet shared a teaser clasp of Blanco calling and asking for a spot via a video call.

“See, I realize we haven’t known each other that long, however I want to be in the band,” says the maker, adding, “I want to sing and dance. I think I could make it happen.” The bandmates turn him down, however Jimin says, “Yet we can make a tune together.”

BTS became the principal K-pop artist to have 10 tunes among top ten on the singles chart. “Bad Decisions” topped Billboard’s digital melody sales chart and ranked No. 53 on UK’s Official Singles Chart Top 100.

Billlie to return with 3rd EP

Young lady bunch Billlie will emerge with third EP on Aug. 31, according to agency Mystic Story on Tuesday.

A crimson banner for EP “the Billage of discernment: chapter two” showed an odd-peered toward cat and included a short snippet which finished with “from the apocalypse and the awakening.”

The EP will carry on the narrative from the main EP “the Billage of discernment: chapter one” from November last year. The seven-part act’s story will be told in additional details, in a remarkable way, added the management company.

The main track from its past EP “the aggregate soul and oblivious: chapter one,” named “GingaMingaYo (the strange world),” made Time Magazine’s “Best K-Pop Songs and Albums of 2022 So Far” list.

Ha Sungwoon to host concerts in Seoul

Ha Sungwoon will hold a standalone show in Seoul on Aug. 27-28, announced agency Big Planet Made Tuesday.

The show “Welcome to Strange World,” named after his upcoming seventh EP, comes about a year after his nationwide visit “Woods and.” The set rundown will mainly feature the five tracks from the new EP that is expected out on Aug. 24.

The new EP comes about nine months since his past EP “Energized: Urban Nostalgia,” and will be the main album he has placed out after he endorsed with the agency in December last year.

In April, he joined hands with Jimin of BTS and sang for the Netflix drama “Our Blues.” The single topped iTunes top melodies chart in 100 locales.

ONF soothes fans with special album

Teeny-bopper group ONF released a special album on Tuesday while the bandmates are serving their mandatory military obligation.

The album “Storage of ONF” is their way of thanking fans who are supporting them all through their absence. Five individuals from the six-piece band enrolled at the finish of last year, however the band prepared the album beforehand.

The LP comprises of 10 tracks: remastered rendition of its hit melodies including “On/Off” and “Complete” as well as five new tunes including center track “Your Song.”

The band’s agency WM Entertainment also will open a spring up store in Seoul one week from now to mark the release of the album.

ONF appeared in 2017 and its “Beautiful,” lead single from first LP “ONF: My Name,” won the band its most memorable prize from a TV music chart show in March last year.
