After Being Apart For Months, Britney Spears’s Sons Wish To Get Back Together

In response to assertions made by their father Kevin Federline that they haven’t seen their mother in “months,” Britney Spears’s sons have come forward.

The ex-husband of the Toxic hitmaker, Federline, 44, is the father of Sean Preston, 16, and Jayden James, 15.

In a recent interview, Federline said that their sons had “chosen” not to see their mother and that they would not be attending her June wedding to actor Sam Asghari, 28, either.

He said, “There were many things going on that I didn’t feel comfortable with.”

I can see that sometimes it stings to be in that position, but they attempted to give her the benefit of the doubt.

Preston and Jayden have now shared their perspective on the matter and spoken candidly about their desire to make amends with their pop star mother.

This Friday’s ITV news will feature their remarks, which were published by Mail Online.

Jayden emphasized that they “don’t hate” each other and added, “I 100% think this can be fixed.” Just a lot of time and work will be required. All I want is for her mental health to improve. I really want to see her when she’s better.

He continued, “I love you a lot, and I pray for the best for you,” addressing his mother specifically. Maybe one day we can have a conversation like this again.

The two teenagers, however, didn’t think their reunion would have been appropriate during her wedding to Sam, whom she met while filming a music video in 2016.

It simply wasn’t a good time to go at the moment. Jayden clarified, “I’m not saying I’m not happy for her. “I’m truly delighted for them, but she didn’t invite the whole family, and if it had just been Preston and me, I simply don’t see how that situation would have ended on good terms,” she said.

According to reports, the boy’s father was granted 70% custody in 2019, and he and his wife of nine years, Victoria, 39, were present for most of the boys’ upbringing.

According to him, the boys soon stopped spending the night with their mother.

Federline has two older children, Kori, 20, and Kaleb, 18, from a former marriage to actress Shar Jackson, as well as two children with Victoria, Jordan, 11, and Peyton, age eight. Jayden said he feels “secure” living with his blended family.

“I feel protected here,” you say. my house I adore everyone here,” he declared.

During their interview, Jayden, who comes across as more outgoing than his brother, asserts that the siblings are “extremely united”: “He always has my best interests in mind, and I do the same for him.” We watch out for one other’s emotional well-being.

They talked about how they were “motivated” by his mother’s success as well as how they grew up in the spotlight.

Jayden continued, “There was this TV and it just showed all these people, and it showed her singing and dancing on the stage. When I saw that, I was like, “Wow, that is a lot of people,” and I realized how well-known and successful she was as a person. That motivated me.”

The Gimme More singer was released from her 13-year conservatorship in November 2021, giving her back control over her life and money.

Regarding the musician’s father, Jamie Spears, Jayden asserts that he “doesn’t deserve all the vitriol he is getting in the media.”

At first, he was simply trying to act like any other father by allowing her to pursue her daughter’s dream of becoming a superstar, but I did believe that the conservatorship may have lasted for too long, which is likely why my mother was so upset about the entire situation and I personally believe that she was. He suggested that she take a break and unwind.

He says he loves his grandfather “with all my heart,” though.

Simply put, “He was attempting to be a father.”

In a lengthy message posted to her Instagram account in response to her sons’ interview, Spears assured the boys that she sends them “all the love in the world” on a daily basis.

She added that it “truly upsets” her to learn that she “wasn’t up to his expectations as a mother” and that “my love for my children has no limitations.”

She said, “Maybe one day we can meet in person and talk about this freely,” before attacking their father and calling him a “hypocrite.”
