Sadie Sink “Berlin Nobody” Synopsis Cast & Release Date

Up-and-comer Sadie Sink will have a significant part in Berlin Nobody. The Stranger Things actor co-stars with actor Eric Bana in this suspenseful drama with a German setting. The upcoming movie is based on Nicholas Hogg’s 2015 novel Tokyo, however, as the title implies, the action now takes place in Berlin. The sink will play a significant role in the upcoming Jordan Scott film, according to Deadline. She will play Mazzy Monroe, the sociologist who follows Ben Monroe (Bana) to Berlin so he can conduct cult research. Mazzy, whose father is immersing himself more and more in his studies, makes friends with a curious local child (Jonas Dassler).

Sylvia Hoeks and Sophie Rois both play prominent supporting parts. The Sadie sink will now fill the position of Mazzy, which Kiernan Shipka had previously been confirmed for back in January. Sink’s character Max received her biggest role to date in the fourth season of Stranger Things, and she is already receiving plaudits for her portrayal of Brendan Fraser’s daughter in Darren Aronofsky’s The Whale, which had its world premiere this past week at the Venice Film Festival.

She is a talented photographer who has directed significant advertising campaigns for businesses like Prada, Land Rover, and Nike. At this month’s Toronto International Film Festival, the ecological thriller Blueback, starring Australian actor Bana, will receive its global premiere. Bana is most recognized for his memorable roles in the movies Munich, Troy, and the Hulk.

For American viewers, Dutch actor Hoeks is best recognized for his roles in Blade Runner 2049, The Girl in the Spider’s Web, and the Apple+ series See, while German stage actor Dassler made his big screen debut in the 2019 film The Golden Glove as serial killer Fritz Honka. Rois, an Austrian actor, appeared in the Netflix original movies “Barbarians” and “Enemy at the Gates.”

While Scott’s father, famed director Ridley Scott, and Michael Pruss produce Nobody for their company Scott Free Productions, Berlin Jonas Katzenstein and Maximilian Leo will produce for Augenschein Filmproduktion.

Additionally, Jonathan Saubach of Augenschein will serve as the executive producer alongside Georgina Pope on the project. Having collaborated on the German survival thriller The Dive, Augenschein and Protagonist Pictures are now in charge of overseeing the film’s international distribution. Location shooting in Berlin Today in Berlin nothing new will begin.
