Meet Sigourney Weaver’s brand new character in Avatar: The Way Of Water

Avatar: The Way of Water, the sequel to Avatar, was finally teased by James Cameron in May. The teaser lasted 105 seconds and promised to be an eye-opening visual spectacle. Kate Winslet will portray the role of Ronal, a Na’vi warrior. Empire magazine recently published Kate Winslet’s first glimpse as Ronal. Fans were impressed by her first appearance as a Na’vi warrior.

Ronal, the Na’vi warrior, Kate looks fiery with her large eyes and canine teeth. Ronal has a slightly different appearance than Neytiri from Avatar (played in Avatar) by the makers. Ronal has tattoos on his body and face, which is a departure from the original Avatar film. A glimpse of Kate was seen in the May preview. There was no more information. Her first appearance as Na’vi has piqued everyone’s curiosity.

After 26 years, Kate and James Cameron reunited for Avatar: The Way of Water. They last collaborated on Titanic. Kate had to learn to free-dive, hold her breath for more than seven minutes, and perform underwater scenes in Avatar 2.

James Cameron directs Avatar: The Way of Water. It stars Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldana. CCH Pounder, Curtis Winslet, Curtis Winslet, Sigourney Weber, and Stephen Lang.

The film will open in cinemas on December 16, 2022. As announced earlier, fans will be able to re-watch the original film in theaters on December 16, 2022.
