Bollywood actors Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s film ‘Brahmastra’ is making a splash in theatres. The film has broken many records at the box office. Despite the Boycott Brahmastra trend, the entire starcast from the director is very happy to see the success of the film.
On the other hand, Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has called the box office collection of ‘Brahmastra’ as ‘fake’. Kangana has accused filmmaker Karan Johar of exaggerating the collection numbers of ‘Brahmastra’. Kangana shared a tweet by filmmaker and writer Mridula Cathar on her Insta story.
It is written in this tweet, some trade analysts are not revealing the box office figures of the film Brahmastra as they are completely rigged. People who are joking with fake box office figures are paid big money to do so. This may be India’s biggest manipulation ever, with more than 60-70 per cent bogus figures.
Sharing this tweet, Kangana wrote in the caption, ‘Wow, what a new low level, 70 percent.’ Kangana wrote in another post, I want to interview Karan Johar. I want to understand from him that why he is telling gross collection instead of telling net collection of ‘Brahmastra’? Why is there so much rush?
Apart from this, even if we believe this figure after earning 60 crores, then how did this 650 crore film become a hit already? Karan Johar ji please throw light on this and let us know, because I am afraid there are different rules for film mafia and people like us. Hence separate maths for privileged people like you and separate maths for underprivileged like us. Please explain to us Throw light on this.’
Kangana Ranaut had earlier hit out at director Ayan Mkhurji and producer Karan Johar along with lead stars Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt from the film ‘Brahmastra’. Kangana wrote, “Whoever is calling Ayan Mukerji a genius after watching ‘Brahmastra’, should be put in jail.”
