Jacqueline Fernandez’s difficulties increased, court ordered to appear

Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez’s troubles are not taking the name of less. Delhi’s Patiala House Court has issued summons to the actress and ordered her to appear in the court on September 26. The court has taken cognizance of the ED’s charge sheet filed in the recently registered case.

The ED has made Jacqueline an accused in the chargesheet of Sukesh Chandrashekhar’s extortion case of Rs 200 crore. The ED had also filed a chargesheet against Jacqueline earlier this month. The Delhi Police will also question the actress on September 12.

ED believes that Jacqueline knew that thug Sukesh Chandrashekhar used to extort money. The statements of key witnesses and accused revealed that Jacqueline Fernandez was in constant touch with Sukesh over video calls. Sukesh has also confessed to giving expensive gifts to the actress.

Jacqueline, in her statement to the ED last year, had said that she received three Gucci designer bags, two Gucci dresses for gym wear, one pair of Louis Vuitton shoes, two pairs of diamond earrings and two Hermes as a gift from Chandrasekhar. Bracelet was found. He returned a Mini Cooper car, which was similarly gifted to him.
